Contigo Ranch

13454 Lower Crabapple Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Why you'll love this place

A working guest ranch north of town where the ceremony bluff looks across unbroken ranchland toward Enchanted Rock.

  • The Bluff ceremony site sits high enough for a true panoramic backdrop — rare even in the Hill Country.
  • The required lodging buyout turns the wedding into a private two-night ranch weekend for your inner circle.
  • One event at a time: the ranch hosts no other wedding on your day.
  • Published, transparent pricing — a rarity among venues at this level.

Contigo Ranch spreads across ranchland on Lower Crabapple Road, fifteen minutes north of Fredericksburg's Main Street on the way to Enchanted Rock. Weddings here revolve around two anchors: The Bluff, an elevated outdoor ceremony site with long views over the surrounding country, and The Hall, six thousand square feet of indoor and covered-outdoor reception space with a commercial kitchen and built-in bar. A smaller barn venue handles rehearsal dinners and more intimate celebrations.

What sets Contigo apart is the weekend format. Every wedding includes a two-night buyout of the ranch's ten cottages and five historic cabins, so the wedding party and closest family wake up on the property, and the celebration stretches from Friday welcome drinks to Sunday coffee on the porch. A wedding coordinator is required, the ranch publishes its rates, and events wrap by 11 p.m. — a venue that has its logistics as figured out as its views.
