The Videre Estate covers four hundred acres of hills south of Wimberley, arranged around an eight-acre private lake. The format is grand-estate rather than ranch-rustic: ceremonies on a deck above the water, receptions for up to three hundred in Videre Hall under chandeliers and over marble floors, and a French-inspired chateau where the wedding party gets ready with the doors open to the view.
Between the Palomino Lounge — pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole — and suites that sleep twenty, the estate is built for a full takeover weekend. It has become one of the Wimberley area's marquee venues, with national press to match, while staying appointment-only and one-celebration-at-a-time private.
